We aim to display our products and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee colours or packaging will appear identical on all screens. All products are subject to availability and we may change or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm receipt via email and your order is accepted once payment is processed and dispatch is confirmed. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through secure third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and others listed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the UK and to select international regions. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to courier or customs factors outside our control. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns Policy explains your rights to cancel or return an order. We accept unopened products within 30 days of receipt, excluding sample packs and accessories which is 14 days in line with UK consumer law. Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used items can’t be refunded unless faulty. You can read our full Refunds & Returns Policy on our website.

While we do our best to ensure all information on our website is correct, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel orders based on incorrect information, including pricing or availability.
