Cancellation policy

This policy explains how to manage, amend, or cancel purchase options such as one-time purchases, subscriptions, or recurring orders with Sentra Supplements (“Sentra”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It applies alongside your rights under UK consumer law.
1. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been picked, packed, or dispatched by contacting us at info@sentrasupplements.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit.
If you change your mind, you may return eligible unopened items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Subscription Purchase Options
When you select a subscription or recurring purchase option at checkout, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at your selected interval (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription will continue until you update or cancel it.
3. Subscription Pricing
Subscribe & Save discounts are provided as an ongoing benefit for customers on repeat delivery.
There is no minimum-term requirement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date without penalty.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You may update your subscription at any time by logging into your Sentra account or by emailing info@sentrasupplements.com.
You may update delivery frequency, next charge date, shipping address or payment method.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To prevent your next renewal being processed, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If you cancel after payment has been taken, cancellation applies to future renewals.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled in transit.
6. Pausing or Skipping Deliveries
You may pause your subscription or skip a delivery through your account or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Pausing temporarily stops future orders but does not cancel your subscription.
7. Returns and Refunds
All purchases—one-time and subscription—are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Faulty or damaged items will be handled in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Price Changes
We may update subscription pricing from time to time.
If prices change, we will notify you in advance and provide the option to cancel before your next renewal.
9. Failed Payments (Subscriptions Only)
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it. If unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until valid payment details are provided.
10. Renewal Notifications
We will email renewal reminders before each subscription charge with the upcoming date and order details.
11. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law, including:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
