Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Sentra Supplements (“Sentra”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It applies to all orders placed on sentrasupplements.com.

1. Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Express Delivery (UK Mainland): 1–3 business days
  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 1–5 business days

Delivery estimates are guidelines provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. External factors such as postal delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and size

Free shipping promotions will be clearly shown when available.

4. Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel online

Tracking availability may vary depending on the courier and service selected.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

Sentra is not responsible for:

  • Failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional charges for re-delivery or redirection

If you need to amend your address, contact info@sentrasupplements.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered processing or dispatch stages.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available:

  • A calling card or email may be left with re-delivery or collection instructions
  • Additional arrangements may need to be made directly with the courier

Parcels returned to us after failed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery charges.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.
If it arrives damaged, or if items are missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@sentrasupplements.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the items and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will resolve the matter in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Orders Lost in Transit

If your parcel is significantly delayed or suspected lost, we will open a courier investigation.
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

as required under UK consumer law.
