Refunds & Returns Policy

We stand by everything we make — and we want you to feel completely confident in choosing Sentra.
If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. (This excludes any sample packs and accessories where the standard 14 day returns policy would be in effect)

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and sealed in their original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them

Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns on any opened or part-used items. This is to comply with UK hygiene and safety regulations for food and supplement products.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email our team at orders@sentrasupplements.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We’ll provide clear instructions for sending your item back.

Unless your product is faulty or damaged, return postage costs will be your responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email orders@sentrasupplements.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace or refund your item promptly — no return shipping required.

We take product quality seriously and will always do our best to resolve issues fast and fairly.

 

Store Credit Option

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? No problem.
Just let us know when you contact us, and we’ll issue credit that you can use on any future Sentra order.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Your Statutory Rights

This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t meet required standards, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
